Villagetocollege, a 501c3 charity organization, believes that education is the gift that keeps giving. We sponsor promising but impoverished students from West Budama County, (WBC), Uganda, to pursue post-primary education.
We currently have 12 students in the program: 10 in high school, and 2 in tertiary schools. All the 12 students started the 2025 school year on February 3; however, we have a tuition balance of $11,000.
Besides tuition, Villagetocollege also provides students with mandatory school requirements: a) Mattress & beddings, and b) personal hygiene products, including sanitary pads for girls.
Students who discontinue their education at primary level are vulnerable to a host of traumatic and irreversible situations, including sexual and criminal exploitation, child labor, domestic servitude and teenage parenthood. This cycle of helplessness has been widespread in West Budama for more than a decade.
We appreciate your generous heart and invite you to visit us at villagetocollege.org for charity updates.
